PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING UPDATES FROM THE SCVA

• Before attending, please read the Spectators Code of Conduct and Prohibited Items list on the SCVA Website.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these policies.
• Tickets are for one individual only, no shared tickets.
• All Major credit cards are accepted - It is a cashless ticketing event. No cash will be accepted
• Children 12 & under are free and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Prices are as follows (discounts are available to all Military (active and veterans), First Responders, Seniors (65+), and Teachers):
  • Daily Pass - $20
  • Discounted Daily Pass - $15
  • Weekend Pass - $40
  • Discounted Weekend Pass - $35

-QR Code Ticket Instructions-

• • When you purchase online or onsite, you will receive a QR code ticket to your email and/or via text message on your phone.
    • Each spectator will need to present their individual QR code ticket along with a corresponding photo ID.
    • Spectators will need to present their individual assigned QR code and a corresponding photo ID in order to enter or pick up wristbands.
    • Wristbands can be picked up ahead of time from 3pm to 9pm Friday in the lobby of Hall E.
    • There are All Event wristbands (must be worn on wrist) available on first scan of Event Pass
      • Removed/lost All Event wristbands cannot be replaced and the QR code will then be required to obtain daily replacements.
    • Daily passes will have a different color wristband each day upon the first entry of each day
  • Minors who do not have an ID must be accompanied by an adult.
  • (If necessary, a printed copy out of the QR code ticket can be presented.)
• Important Ticket Information:
  If you purchase multiple Single Day Passes, please make sure to only scan ONE ticket a day.

-Refund Policy-

• Submit all refund requests to info@scvavolleyball.org no later than the night before the event by 10:00 pm.
• Once a ticket is scanned, it is not assignable to any other individual or eligible for refund.

-Ticket Counter Hours-

We will not have ticket purchases available on site. All tickets must be purchased online by going to SportWrench.com once tickets are live on February 9, 2024.

-Entry Instructions-

• Spectators will need to present their individual assigned QR code and a corresponding photo ID in order to enter
• Access for spectators will begin at 6:45am
• Spectators will have a separate entrance from players & coaches
• Please be aware of what court your team is assigned to, so you know what hall to use as your entry point..

Attention! IMPORTANT TRAFFIC UPDATE!!

During the Las Vegas Classic there will be some road closures that could affect attendees of the event.  The closures will take place from Friday, February 16th – Monday, February 19th. Please make note of the closures below and if driving in the area please allow additional travel time to and from your destinations.

• From 9:00PM on Friday, February 16th until 5:00am on Monday, February 19th, the I-15 will be closed in both directions in the Las Vegas area.
• The on-ramp to the I-15 North at Russell Road will be closed, however the on-ramp to the I-15 South at Russell Road will be open.
• All on-ramps to the I-15 at Tropicana Avenue will be closed.
• The on-ramp to the I-15 South at Flamingo Road will be closed, however the on-ramp to the I-15 North at Flamingo Road will be open.
• Northbound traffic on the I-15 will be diverted at the I-215 interchange. The signed detour route is still pending, but will likely be Las Vegas Blvd.
• Southbound traffic on the I-15 will be diverted at Flamingo Road. The signed detour route is still pending, but will likely be Decatur Blvd.
• The transition road from the I-215 to the I-15 North will remain open to allow for access to Russell Road and Frank Sinatra Drive.

Dates: March 22nd – March 24th (teams play all days)
Location: Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV

Teams: 12 Premier, 12 National, 13 National, 14 Premier, 14 National, 15 National

Hotel: The Grandview, 9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV; 

• Non Gaming resort, full kitchen, separate bedroom, family/dining room; washer/dryer; multiple pools, queen pull-out sofa bed
• Reservation is for a 1 bedroom unit. if you want the adjoining unit, you need to book another 1 BDR unit and add the names on each reservation in the notes. 
• No Parking Fee
• 6.2 miles from the Mandalay Bay
• $25 Resort Fee
• $100 Room hold required at check-in; released upon check out.

*There is NO payment taken at the time of reservation. Your credit card will be charged 30 days prior to the event and rooms are refundable until Jan 15.
