Players who have accepted a club team offer must complete all the items listed below to officially register for their club team. 

On Commitment Day (or at the time of Commitment):

• SCVA Commitment Letter/Medical Release (only 1 time)
• Club Deposit (Girls Teams Only)
• Uniform Payment and Fitting

Following Commitment:

• Complete Online Club Team Registration & Fees Payment 
• Purchase USAV Membership

A brief explanation and the links for each step are provided below. Please read ALL instructions carefully and only complete each item 1 time. 

All players must be registered for the season by completing the Online Club Team Registration.  All waivers and season information is outlined in the registration. Payment in full is due at the time of registration or enrollment in one of the provided payment plans. Select the correct tab for your player's age division below. Then, click the link to continue. 

This is not the same as the Club Deposit or the USAV membership. The club deposit payment is deducted from the total cost of your club team for the season. 

Usually completed at Commitment or team acceptance . PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THIS MORE THEN 1 TIME.  If you submitted this at Commitment Day or following your tryout you do not need to do it again. If you are not sure: check your email for a confirmation from registrar@scvavolleyball. 

• Click the box for your player (girls or boys) below
• The parent should log in to the Sports Engine account.
• Check the email address submitted for the electronic signature request and click the link provided in that email.
• Complete all the required signatures as prompted.
• After completing the signatures, check your email for confirmation. Look for Completed Forms for "Player Name."

All players must have a valid USAV membership to practice and compete. Cost: $75. This must be done prior to start of season and all requirements must be completed for a player to be eligible to participate in practices and tournaments.

• Parent/guardian will log in to their account to Purchase the membership for the player.
• Confirm the parent information on the first screen then select your player as the person you are registering
• Select "Jr club player" as the membership type.
• Accept and sign all waivers and permissions.
• Complete payment (Note: It's one membership fee despite showing separate fees).
   
• Players who turn 18 during the season must complete Safesport training. A notification will be posted in their Sports Engine account stating complete requirements and can be accessed there.
